Ismail 19Yrs old is in a coma in Greece with head injury

I am Dr Kiramat Khan a paediatrician and my colleague Dr shakir ullah an A&E specialist are raising funds for our friend’s 19 year old son (Ismail Shah) who suffered a serious head injury while on holiday in Greece with his friends 4 weeks ago. He is the cousin of our Wakefield Central Mosque Imam. He is in Coma and is currently in ICU in Rhodes Hospital in Greece.

Ismail did not have travel insurance.

This fund raiser is set up to help contribute to the family's travel and accommodation expenses while they are staying in Greece. They hope that he makes a full recovery which could take several weeks or months. They would like their son to be treated in the UK near home. The cost of repatriation to bring him to the UK via air ambulance will probably cost around £35,000.
