Hi all, my name is Ashley and I am fundraising for my uncle Ismael Sanguir’s funeral. As many of you know, funerals are very expensive and unfortunately my uncle's death was very sudden. He suffered from heart failure, diabetes, and multi organ failure. The doctors told us “why not put him on comfort care & we can end his pain.” My uncle did not want that. He told the doctors word for word “I want to keep fighting.” He passed away on January 26, 2024. His wife has been paying for her two daughter’s college tuition and we would appreciate any kind of help that we could get. My uncle always carried his child-like sense of humor, strength, and perseverance.

He fought until the very end, even while knowing his conditions! Anything helps, and we appreciate those who took the time to read this message and donate! He was a loving father who wanted to fight to stay with his two daughters and wife until the end! ❤️
