Island Pacific's Project Simon Peter

Donation protected
Project Simon Peter is a fundraising campaign initiated by Island Pacific Seafood Market, a Filipino Grocery Store, for the fishermen in Philippines affected by Typhoon Odette.

Since the campaign launched in January, Island Pacific has turned over the first batch of boats last February 19 to the fishermen in the Islands of Siargao and Palawan. The goal of Project Simon Peter is to provide boats for 120 fishermen by Easter Sunday so they can have a source of livelihood again.

Any amount will be helpful in the recovery of these fishermen and their families. Interested individuals may bring their donations to any Island Pacific branch or donate directly here via GoFundMe.
100% of the proceeds will go directly to building boats and rebuilding lives of affected fishermen in Palawan and Siargao.

Project Simon Peter will run until April 17, 2022 , Resurrection Sunday, just in time for the culmination of the Lenten Season.
