ISLAM - The Only Answer To ISLAMOPHOBIA

My name is Br.Asif and I am creating this fundraising page in the wake of the recent Islamophobic incident that took place with us in Edmonton, Canada and gained attention of the local, national and international media, like AlJazeera , TRT World, Middle East Eye and various others media portals.

when we were out giving away copies of the Quran to the public and providing information on Islam doing street Dawah.

We were abused, assaulted and attacked by a Islamophobe who spoke profanity, used abusive language about Islam, prophet of Islam and finally poured his drink on the copies of the Quran and desecrated the copies of the Quran !

As you all know there will be a lot of haters of Islam and of the message of Islam, so are some haters in Edmonton Canada, where we are doing the Da’wah work. However there are a great number of non Muslims, who respect Islam, respect Da’wah and appreciate our work, especially when recently our work was disturbed by an arrogant Anti Islamic Hater and We have felt that a lot of Canadians are in sympathy with us and they appreciate that we remained cool and we did not get provoked and thus there is a great chance of reaching out to those non Muslims who are in sympathy with us, thus we will require a lot more books, literature, Quran copies, seerah books, so we can gift them when we meet them while doing street Da’wah .

With the help of this fundraiser, we would like to strengthen our Da’wah(invitation to Islam), distribute multiple times more copies of the Quran and literature on Islam, have multiple Islamic information booths all over the city, have multiple roll up banners with Islamic information and messages, have bill boards with a message about Islam, conduct Dawah workshops and build confidence in our youth and elders so they can become ambassadors of Islam in providing correct information on Islam to the fellow non Muslim brothers and sisters in humanity, to organize Da’wah campaigns in and around the city creating awareness and educating the masses, promote our Da’wah videos throughout the social media world and much more, We also plan to have a Dawah Van In sha Allaah.
