The Legers - Cheri, Danielle, and twins Zayne, and Isla - are a wonderful family from Downsville, LA. Their world changed when Isla was diagnosed with a very rare eye cancer - Retinoblastoma. She was immediately taken to Memorial Herman Childern’s Hospital in Houston. Due to the rarity of her cancer, this is the closest specialist that could treat her. Moms, Danielle and Cheri, are two very hardworking and loving parents. They will do all they can for their little girl, including back and forth trips to Houston every 2 weeks for her care. There is a long and difficult road ahead for Isla and her entire family. Any donations given will go towards travel, monthly bills, and medical costs not covered by insurance.
