Hi, my name is Stella, I'm fundraising for our son Isaiah. On July 31, 2023 my son suffered a traumatic brain injury due to gun violence. Thankfully he survived but as we all know injuries to the brain are very life-changing, so much that the Drs don't recommend taking out the bullet. Isaiah is now paralyzed on his left side and his speech is not what it once was. His vision isn't as it use to be. But he can see. The Drs informed us it's going to be a long journey for him. Things that we do on our own on a day-to-day basis like going to the bathroom by ourselves, showering, eating whatever we want, and getting ourselves out of bed, have all changed for my son. We are needing to buy him a new bed once he comes home so that way it is just a little much easier for him. For the next two months, every day my son will need to do physical therapy and speech therapy as we all know gas prices are going up again so everything will be costly. Any amount of donation would be extremely needed and greatly appreciated.
