Isaiah Marr’s fight- Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma

My name is Lesleigh, I’m a friend of the Marr family. I’m setting up this go fund me for Isaiah Marr, son of Ashley & Nathan Marr. He’s an 11 year old boy from Saginaw, Michigan who was recently diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic adenocarcinoma.

Isaiah is an easy going boy who loves to play the XBOX, and enjoys the company of his 2 cats Ninja and Raven. He likes going on walks in nature, camping, and traveling.

In early July 2022 Isaiah complained of stomach pains. His parents took him to the ER twice but he was sent home for constipation the first time, and gas the second time. His parents took him to his physician a few days later, the physician noticed jaundice in his eyes and they were immediately sent to the ER for further evaluation. The doctors found some abnormalities in his liver and pancreas, Isaiah was then transferred to UofM in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Upon further testing at UofM the doctors found large growths on his liver and pancreas. These growths measured 3.5cm and 6.5cm. After bloodwork, CT scans, MRI, PET scan, ultrasounds and biopsies they were given the dreaded news of stage 4 pancreatic adenocarcinoma. Isaiah will begin chemo on Tuesday (8/2/22).

This is such an aggressive type of cancer that no one really knows what to expect.
