Isaiah Klafka: Autoimmune Freedom
Donation protected
Hello, my name is Fletcher Pape. I am Isaiah’s boyfriend, partner, family. We live together with his mother where we all take care of each other.
I suffer from chronic illness, and all this time he has bent heaven and earth to take care of me, and to help me get by as a disabled person in the world.
But now he needs help. More than I can give him alone.
He recently fell extremely ill, becoming dangerously anemic, spending collectively nearly a month in the hospital. After all of this stress and pain, he has finally received his diagnosis: Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis, formerly called Wegener’s Granulomatosis. It is a rare and life-threatening autoimmune disease, requiring constant treatment to hopefully push into remission. This includes aggressively chemotherapy.
We are raising money to help pay for his rising medical costs. Right now, $15,000 may seem high, but he requires regularly chemotherapy, by both injections and pills, as well as other medications and regular doctor’s visits to his specialists. This treatment is not only improving his quality of life, but it is saving his life as well. There is no way to understate it. Without treatment, his kidneys will certainly fail.
Please consider helping out a beautiful young man.
He is an actor.
