Hello, my name is Chaunetta, and I’m the proud mother of Isaiah, a recent graduate of Tuscarora Senior High School in Frederick, Maryland. Isaiah has been accepted to Morgan State University, where he will begin his college journey this fall as a Sociology major.
Isaiah has always been a hardworking, focused, and compassionate young man. Throughout high school, he balanced academics, a part-time job, sports, and extracurricular activities. He was a member of the football team, participated in the Black Student Union, and served as a positive role model to his younger siblings. He’s also a talented visual artist with a gift for painting and a passion for making a difference.
Despite receiving some financial aid /scholarships and working to save money, Isaiah is still short of what he needs to cover his tuition and expenses for his freshman year. As his mother and bonus father, we are doing all we can to support him, but I’m also reaching out to our community for help. Our last resort is...you guessed it... those dreadful student loans.
Every donation—no matter the amount—will go directly toward his remaining tuition and books. Your support will not only help Isaiah attend college, but also help him pursue his goal of giving back through advocacy, mentorship, and community engagement.
Thank you in advance for your kindness, generosity, and belief in Isaiah’s future. If you're unable to give, we’d be so grateful if you could share this with others.
With sincere gratitude,
A Proud Mom
