A Time to Remember, Honor, and Share Love

We are heartbroken to share the news of the passing of our beloved Isabel, who left us on April 25th, 2025. She was a truly remarkable person, known for her passion for helping others, fierce love of children and dogs, her unwavering kindness and her love for adventures, racoons and gardening. She touched so many lives with her warmth, generosity, unique perspectives and strong desire to help and love all people.

While our hearts ache with grief, we believe it's important to come together and celebrate the incredible life Isabel lived and the joy she brought to all of us. Rather than a traditional somber service, Isabel’s family is planning a Celebration of Life that truly reflects Isabel’s vibrant spirit.

Our goal is to create a memorable gathering where friends and family can share stories, laughter, and comfort as we honor Isabel’s legacy. Your generous contributions will help us cover the costs associated with the celebration.

Our estimated goal for this celebration is $7,000. Any amount, big or small, will make a meaningful difference and help us create a truly special event that Isabel would have loved. The Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday June 28th at 10 am at Community Unitarian Universalist Congregation (468 Rosedale Avenue, White Plains, NY).
