Isabelle Dow's Hair Donation for Cancer Research!

Hi, I'm Isabelle and as most of you know already, I’ve been talking about doing this for months and finally, the time has come for the big chop.

On the 30th of July 2022, I'll be cutting 13 inches of my hair for Cancer Research. Not only will the money raised go towards this amazing charity but also my hair will be donated to the Little Princess Trust - who use real hair donations to create wigs for young people who have lost their hair to cancer treatment.

My hair has always been a big part of my identity, I get stopped almost everyday by strangers for compliments and I’ve come to acknowledge, especially over the past few years, how fortunate I am to have it. Whilst I’m really going to miss it, it’s a privilege to be able to donate it to someone else who will get tremendous joy and confidence from it.
