Isabella's Cancer Battle

Hello, my name is Ingrid Hornickel, over a year ago my cousin Isabella was diagnosed with cancer. It was located in different organs: breast, spine and lungs. After a series of chemotherapies, radiotherapy and a mastectomy she was diagnosed cancer free in October. Sadly, a month ago Isabella started feeling weak and one night while walking to the bathroom she fell down and broke her spine in different locations.  She can’t walk anymore. Additionally, while the doctors were studying her spine, they found new wounds of what seems to be cancer. She needs to be re tested with a CT-PET that is very expensive. On top of that, she has an infection caused by an expander that was placed during the mastectomy and needs to undergo surgery ASAP, which cost $3,500.  As of today, Novemeber 28, Isabella was hospitalized again and we don’t know for how many days she will be there. Her insurance was totally consumed and the credit cards are used up to their limit, which is about $2000.  Here, I’m not even mentioning the costs of medicines and constant extra exams.

The money we collect through go fund me will be used entirely to pay these expenses, and hopefully to also cover the new debt that is being generated in the hospital.
