Dear friends and family- we have received tragic news on the unexpected passing of Isabella Moscon, 13 year old daughter of Jasmine Fuertes and older sister of Illiane , Juliano and Clyde . With a very heavy and broken heart I reach out to anyone who knew her and loved her to help put her to rest. Never thought our family would have to do this but we could use your support. She was taken from us too soon. The cause of death is unknown at this time so please respect our family privacy.
