Baby Isabella and Family

This fundraiser is to help support Shawn and Yesi Wolfe as they grieve the loss of their precious baby, Isabella Grace Wolfe. Isabella was born on August 9, 2023 with a heart condition which would have required a heart transplant. After two long and hopeful months of testing, blood transfusions, medications, and waiting on the heart transplant list, baby Isabella passed on October 8, 2023. Shawn and Yesi know that Isabella is with her Lord and Savior now, where she is no longer in pain and has a new heart in Christ. This GoFundMe is to help support Shawn and Yesi with the tremendous amount of medical expenses, funeral expenses, transportation to and from the hospital, and housing as they have endured 2 months in a different city, away from their friends and family.
