Hi everyone,

My name is Amanda , and I’m creating this fundraiser for my dearest friend, Isabel Rodrigues Rocha, who is currently facing the biggest challenge of her life.

Isabel, 29, had been living in Australia for many years and recently returned to Brazil for a long-awaited vacation. During her trip, she decided to have a routine check-up due to the intense and persistent headaches she had been experiencing. What was supposed to be a simple medical visit turned into something far more serious.

She was diagnosed with an extra-axial brain tumor (suspected meningioma) in the left frontal region, already compressing part of her brain. On top of that, doctors also found a saccular aneurysm in her internal carotid artery — both conditions are extremely delicate and require urgent, life-saving surgeries.

Unfortunately, Isabel does not have private health insurance in Brazil, which means she will have to cover all medical expenses out of pocket — including hospital care, surgeries, and recovery treatment.

That’s why we’re asking for your help. Any contribution, no matter how small, will bring her one step closer to receiving the care she needs. And if you’re not able to donate, please help us by sharing this campaign with others.
