Hi, my name is Sammie Brace, and I am fundraising for Isabel Quito. My mother-in-law Isabel is a very kind, generous and hardworking woman who goes out of her way to help anyone she can. Isabel is the kind of person who would give you her last dollar if she knew you needed it. Isabel is a very health-conscious woman, especially since she takes care of her 86-year-old mother and babysits for her four grandchildren. However, recently Isabel began experiencing stomach pains. After several doctor's visits, she was able to get a CT scan completed which showed a mass in her intestines. She was advised to immediately go to the emergency room, where they operated on her to remove the mass and a few inches of her intestine. Isabel then spent a week in the hospital so that she could be properly cared for post-surgery. Isabel is finally home and recovering; however, she now faces a new struggle. Isabel is faced with mountains of hospital bills and is unable to work for at least the next month while she works towards a full recovery. We are asking that anyone who is able to please consider donating what you can so that we can help Isabel. Isabel has helped many of us without ever anticipating anything in return. We only hope that we may return the favor. Any money donated will go towards her hospital bills as well as to cover bills for her house while she is not working.
