On May 2nd, I’ll be running up the three largest peaks in Wales, Snowdon, Cadair Idris, and Pen-y-fan, in an effort to raise money for The Children’s Trust.
In May 2019, my younger sister Floss was a passenger in a serious car accident, which resulted in her suffering a serious type of traumatic brain injury known as a diffuse axonal. This left Floss facing a very long road to recovery, and life long effects from this injury.
The Children’s Trust is a world class charity based in Surrey, who help Floss and many others like her rehabilitate from brain injuries. Without The Children’s Trust, I’m not sure if Floss would be as far down her recovery as she is.
My fundraising goal is £1000, but I hope we can beat that as this charity is deserving of so much for all of the amazing work they do! Whether you want to donate £1 or £100, everything is hugely appreciated as this means so much to me.
