In Loving Memory of Bianca Muscat

This is Bianca, Isaac, Lorenzo and Rory.

Isaac and Lorenzo are twins, they were born in Malta in June 2004. Their mother, Bianca is Maltese (Australian born) and their father is Italian and lives in Italy. They also have a 12 year old sister called Rory, to a Maltese father.
On the 12th of April, Bianca lost her 2 year battle with cancer and passed away in a Maltese hospital. In the mist of the COVID 19 crisis, she died with only her children by her side. Her funeral was restricted to only a few but we know if the timing were different the church would have been filled with people that loved her.
Bianca was a struggling mum who strived to do her best for her children. The twins have been split up, Lorenzo is living with his Aunt Maria and Isaac is living with his Nannu. Together with her loving brother Simon they are in the process of fostering the twins.
Maria nursed her sister until the very end, despite her own health issues. She has monthly treatments for a compromised immunity system which leaves her weak and unable to work.
Maria and her husband Tony have saved for years to visit their family in Australia... especially their Buz Nanna (Great Grandma) who will turn 100 next year. They finally booked their tickets for November this year but due to COVID this will most likely have to be postponed.
We would love to raise enough money for Bianca’s children to join them on this holiday. After the heartache these young kids have endured they truly deserve a holiday to visit the country their mother was born in and understand how much they are loved in both countries.
If we are lucky enough to raise over our target, funds will be put in a trust for the kids to help for their everyday needs.
