Most of the people that read this will only know me as Tweek from the Ark FTW Community. Some might know me from IRL, regardless, please take the time to read the below regarding a good friend of mine.

Cheese was someone I met on Ark around 5 years ago, both of us quite new to the FTW server, none of us admins. He was attempting to tame a Griffin on Rag when ASE was still the buggy mess we all know and love. I helped him to tame it and we chatted about Ab as I'd never seen any of the light pets until then. The guy went out his way to give me some glowtails....from there we kept in touch for trade purposes.

Gen 1 released and the entire community was in a free for all to survive in the bog biome....screw you WC for saying that bog was easy by the way! I managed to set up a location and battened down the hatches. To my surprise, Cheese was my neighbour! Although, he ended up loosing most of his tames overnight, we quickly made the decision to tribe up to at least survive longer than 5 minutes! Alas, a friendship was born that day and I've never looked back. We both became admins due to the love of the game and the community that thrived around us. Always thinking of the players, we were usually the first ones to lend our admin aid to those that need it.

"Why are you telling us this Tweek?" Well, a couple of days ago, Cheese lost his actual house to a fire that destoyed everything he owned. He is lucky to be alive, the only reason he is? The smoke woke him up. Thankfully, he escaped uninjured but now has nothing to his name. Without going into personal details, Cheese has had it rough this past couple months. Seeing a mate in need, I would normally do what i can....if he were on the same continent as me!

While I can't do much where I live, I can at least start the ball rolling to (hopefully) get Cheese a reprise to at least eliviate the pain of loosing as much as he has. Money doesn't make the world go round, but a small donation to help a brother out in the darkest of times can and will show that he has people that care about him.....from across the world!
