Matthew Sargent Memorial Fund
Donation protected
I am creating this campaign to help our good friend and sister, Jessica Sargent, to provide funeral and resting arrangements for her beloved father Matthew Sargent.
Matt passed away suddenly on December 10th of cardiac arrest in his home. The sudden passing of this gentle, caring, and generous man leaves Jessica and her brother, Tyler, at a loss for words. Matt was an eclectic soul filled with a passion for cinema, especially super hero movies. His generosity was shown by giving to anyone who needed, no matter his own needs. A Cincinnati native who graduated from St. Bernard-Elmwood Place High School, Matt lived in the Queen city his entire life. A simple man with a knack for telling horrible jokes, Matt loved his family and his children. Jessica tells me that his laugh was obnoxious and contagious. I believe he passed that on to her.
He is survived by his two children, Jessica and Tyler; his fiancé Natasha and two sisters, Kathy and Sandi. There are no funds in place to help with the costly expenses that a death brings; therefore I ask that we as a community of friends help Jessica and Tyler with this incredible sacrifice. It is hard enough to lose a loved one unexpectedly, let alone the pressure to provide a nice memorial is unbearable.
Any donation is greatly appreciated and sent directly to Jessica and her family to cover the expenses.
Thank you,
Shannon
