Greetings everyone, my name is KK Granada, and I am fundraising for assistance for my 8-month-old Scottish Fold Irwin. Irwin, for those of you who do not know, is everyone's best friend. He is the kindest soul that has appeared in mother natures design. Late tonight, I noticed Irwin seemed to have difficulty breathing and immediately rushed him to the Vet center. Here, we discovered that Irwin could barely breathe because he had so much fluid-filled in his lungs from a possible Corona variant. I decided to put a $1000 dollar expense on my credit card to drain the fluid from his lungs and send the fluid out for testing. According to the Vet, the medication for this variant will cost around $2000-$6000 to buy. I am a full-time student and bartend part-time during school. This financial burden is devastating, and Irwin will pass away if I do not have the financial support to afford the treatment. I at least needed to try this option because Irwin is my world. He is why I wake up in the morning and gives me purpose. He is more than my best friend; Irwin is my entire heart.
