To All Friends and Family near and far. I am a 36 year old Wife, and Mommy of two little ones in Piketon, Ohio. Unfortunately, I have suffered a severe medical set back. In January 2021, I had my first surgery for kidney stones. However, surgery did not go as well as we had hoped for. A couple weeks later in February, I was sent to the ER and eventually transferred via squad to a larger University due to a large mass in my abdomen ( I prefer not to list names of medical facilities or medical professionals out of respect ) There, I underwent yet my second surgery. The mass unfortunately had already caused nerve damage, resulting in severe pain and numbness in my left thigh. This eventually led to surgery number three. Now, after surgery number four, I’m left with a nephrostomy bag, I have had since May. Next procedure is in August where I’ll receive a new nephrostomy. I will have CAT Scan and Renal scan to determine the fate of my

Kidney in August as well. If the kidney is not functioning properly at that time, they will remove it. I am looking at an additional 2-3 surgeries and am overloaded with medical bills. From trips to the ER, multiple surgeries, tests, labs, scans, stents, medical supplies, medications, appointments, squad rides etc... I have been off of work since February 14 and sadly, am drowning in medical bills. I have no clue how much longer I’ll need to be off work. I work in healthcare, but am not safely able to complete 12 hour shifts on my feet. If it was not for my friends, family and work family, I don’t know how I would have ever made it this far! Please know, ANY amount small or large is a huge impact for our family. Also, prayers are always welcomed!!!
