I am happy to announce that I will have the privilege of traveling the world as the videographer/editor of 50 sports in 50 weeks initiative. I will be visiting Germany, Sydney Australia, South Africa, Sal Palo Brazil, Chile, and Colombia over potentially the next 9 months!! I’m super excited and thrilled to share this amazing news!!
50 sports in 50 weeks are encouraging children to get off the couch and try some new sports. Obesity continues to rise in children. Paul Brown and his family want to address the crisis of inactivity among today’s youth by promoting a healthy lifestyle. Through wonderful sponsors and an incredible team Paul’s family will visit 5 continents, 35 different countries, 50 sports, 50 world champion athletes, and over 100 seminars and fit events for kids.
I won a dream trip to travel the world, produce a documentary, and participate in several new sports with 50 sports in 50 weeks. Considering my background in sports reporting, advanced video skills, and my love of travel, people, and children makes this an unbelievable opportunity.
I’ve had some incredible things happen in the past couple of years, I’ve had numerous once in a lifetime experiences, and truly have met amazing people and built unique friendships. My spiritual center is growing stronger and become wiser in the matters of personal happiness and inner peace. I think the most important part of this opportunity is my personal growth as a more compassionate, cultured and understanding human being. A better me will only improve and enhance my current relationships with the important people in my life.
That being said, I want you to join me on this incredible journey. I want your comments, opinions, reflections, questions, curiosities etc related to 50 sports in 50 weeks. Besides making a lifestyle documentary about Paul and his families’ mission, we will be blogging, posting pictures and videos, as well as staying active on all social media channels.
I’m also particpating in gofund me to raise money for a canon telephoto lens, (f2.8 70mm-300mm) another Canon Rebel body, backpack and other camera equipment to create beautiful pictures and videos. Whether its $5 or $50 I would be extremely grateful of your contribution and promise it will go towards my hard work and dedication to finish a beautiful documentary I would greatly appreciate it.
