I.R.S. 501 (c)(3) Tax Exempt Status

Hi, we are working to raise the needed funds for the I.R.S. 501 (c)(3) Tax Exempt Status application fee, so that our Ministry, "It Ain't Over Ministries" can & will be a Registered Tax Exempt Non-Profit Organization. We have big plans and needs for our Ministry and the tax exempt status is the first major hurdle we need to overcome. We have done all of the research and groundwork for making sure the application for tax exempt status is filled out correctly so there will be no issues once we submit the application to the I.R.S., but we aren't able to submit the completed application until we have the necessary amount for the application fee. And, that is what the major goal of this fundraiser is for. The current application fee for 501 (c)(3) tax exemption is $600.00 as of January 2023. Any donations we recieve over this amount will go directly into the continuation of our current online/digital ministry.
