On April 18, 2026, I will be competing in IRONMAN Texas for the second time. The race represents a chance to use endurance, discipline, and community to support something much bigger than myself.
April is Autism Acceptance Month, and I will be racing in honor of my future nephew, August "Auggie" Feickert. Like so many families, ours is learning firsthand what it means to support, advocate for, and love someone on the autism spectrum. This race is about raising awareness, building understanding, and helping provide meaningful resources to families who need them.
While I am not fundraising through the Ironman Foundation, I am privately raising $3,500, with a stretch goal of $5,000, to support autism-related programs that make a real impact. I will be working alongside Auggie's mom, Taylor, to distribute these funds to different autism programs that have positively affected Auggie's life in the Elkhorn, NE area.
Where your donation goes:
All funds raised will be directed toward organizations and programs that support:
Early intervention, education, and therapy for children on the autism spectrum
Family support and advocacy resources
National autism awareness and inclusion initiatives
Every dollar helps families access critical services, creates greater awareness, and supports children as they grow, learn, and thrive.
Thank you for being part of this journey. Your support - whether through a donation, sharing this page, or cheering me on - truly makes a difference.
