Ironman in Support of Heart Disease

On July 27th I will be racing the Calgary 70.3 Ironman in support of my dear friend Aliyah and courageous children much like her who continue to show incredible strength as they undergo life’s toughest battles. Aliyah was diagnosed with hypo-plastic right heart syndrome, a congenital heart defect. She has undergone three open heart surgeries before the age of 7 and continues to be a shinning light to everybody she meets. I'll be raising money to benefit Heart Beats Children's Society of Calgary, so that they can continue to provide a support system for children and their families so nobody has to go through these battles alone.
