I am taking part in Ironman 70.3 Weymouth in memory of my Dad, Richard, and raising money for Action on Smoking and Health (ASH) to help the UK become a smoke free country.
As many of you know, my Dad was an 'enthusiastic' smoker for years and unfortunately this had a huge impact on his health which got drastically worse towards the end of his life. He was taken away from us far too early. It is time now, to stop smoking even if my Dad wouldn't have wanted you to.
