IRONMAN 70.3 Venice - Support Tir Dewi

I will be racing in the Venice Ironman 70.3 race at the beginning of May in aid of Welsh Charity- Tir Dewi. 

I grew up on my family farm in West Wales. An organic dairy farm nestled in a beautiful valley in the County of Ceredigion. Above are a few pictures of my brother, father and grandpa, a generation of hardworking farmers with our beloved animals. I have seen first hand, over the years, the struggles farmers face, whether on our own family farm or farms in the community. The challenges faced by farmers are widely misunderstood and under appreciated. Farmers continue to face mental health challenges, economic pressure, and are having to adapt to the ever changing agricultural landscapes.

An Ironman 70.3 triathlon consists of a 1.2-mile (1.9 km) swim, a 56-mile (90 km) bike ride, and a 13.1-mile (21.1 km) run, totalling 70.3 miles (113 km).
