A través de la historia de Bego, antigua oficial del ejército y marina mercante con múltiples expediciones antárticas a sus espaldas, seremos testigos de un viaje doble: el que recorre el hielo exterior, y el que atraviesa los propios límites del yo.

En la Antártida —único continente sin bandera, sin dueño, sin jerarquías—, Bego intentará convertirse en la primera persona no man en completar un Ironman en la historia del planeta, un logro alcanzado solo por un hombre hasta hoy.

Pero este reto no busca vencer al frío ni al tiempo: busca cuestionar las estructuras simbólicas que nos definen.

IRONHUMAN explora cómo el género es una construcción cultural que condiciona la forma en que habitamos el mundo: desde el lenguaje que usamos hasta las narrativas que consideramos posibles.
