I am a recovered Drug addict.

I started my journey 9 years ago at Gloucester House Treatment Centre.

I am lucky that I've have had 9 great years of Building and full filling my life. I now have a beautiful family, I'm a father and have my own Building Firm and without Gloucester House's Solid Foundation I would not of achieved this.

I would like to help someone to have the same opportunity as I was lucky enough to have. The cost of this is £9400

The Ironman on 8th of June this consists of doing

1.2 mile Swim

56 mile bike ride

13.1 Half Marathon run

Then I am doing the Outlaw Full on the 27th July which consists of doing:

2.4 mile Swim

112 mile Bike Ride

26.2 Full Marathon Run
