Irmie’s Chemo Costs

Everyone who is 50+ or of significant risk should consider getting screened for colon cancer. My result was shocking to me. Because of my recent diagnosis of colorectal cancer, I have had to quit both of my jobs to keep up with my prescribed Mon-Fri treatment in Weston, FL; which is a 45-minute one-way commute from my home in West Boca. My monthly expenses for this 8-12 month treatment plan include rent/utilities, health insurance, treatment, and the cost of transportation. As a mother of two daughters and a "softball mom" to many, I am fighting to keep my home close to friends and family in this community. I've been living and working in this city since 2004, and I intend to return to work at Dollar Tree and CVS once medically cleared. Any donation, regardless of the cost, would be of great help.
