Irma's Stroke recovery fund
Hello my name is Denysse Montano Madrigal and i'm starting this fund for my mom who suffered a severe stroke on June 12, 2021 at 11 pm while she was at a party. The stroke partially paralyzed the right side of her body with no mobility of her right arm. She has underwent two brain surgeries, the first was to dissolve the blood clot in her brain but they weren't able to fully dissolve the blood clot and the damage it had already done is irreversible. The second surgery was an emergency surgery to save her life because the swelling in her brain would not stop, they had to cut her left side of her skull to allow room for the swelling. Through this all we also found out she has type 2 diabetes which no one knew about. She has lost her ability to speak and to everyone who knew her you know she loved to keep in contact with people and talk all day long, we are uncertain at this point if she will be able to speak again. She was very full of life and loved to dance and sing and it hurts our family so much to see her going through all this but she can recover maybe not fully to how she used to be but we can try to motivate her to never give up. As a result of this we have a lot of expenses to deal with and we'd appreciate any help we can get, its not gonna be an easy road up ahead but we are extremely thankful for all the prayers and everyone who has been checking on our mom.

Hola, mi nombre es Denysse Montano Madrigal y estoy comenzando esta pagina para mi mamá que sufrió un derrame cerebral severo el 12 de junio de 2021 a las 11 pm mientras estaba en una fiesta. El derrame paralizó parcialmente el lado derecho de su cuerpo sin movilidad de su brazo derecho. Se sometió a dos cirugías cerebrales, la primera fue para disolver el coágulo de sangre en su cerebro, pero no pudieron disolver completamente el coágulo de sangre y el daño que ya había causado es irreversible. La segunda cirugía fue una cirugía de emergencia para salvar su vida porque la hinchazón en su cerebro no paraba, tuvieron que cortarle el lado izquierdo del cráneo para dejar espacio para la hinchazón. A través de todo esto, también descubrimos que tiene diabetes tipo 2 que nadie conocía. Ella ha perdido la capacidad de hablar y todos los que la conocían saben que le encantaba estar en contacto con la gente y hablar todo el día, no estamos seguros en este momento si podrá volver a hablar. Estaba muy llena de vida y le encantaba bailar y cantar y a nuestra familia le duele tanto verla pasar por todo esto, pero puede recuperarse tal vez no completamente como solía ser, pero podemos tratar de motivarla para que nunca se rinda. Como resultado de esto, tenemos muchos gastos con los que lidiar y agradeceríamos cualquier ayuda que podamos obtener, no será un camino fácil por delante, pero estamos extremadamente agradecidos por todas las oraciones y por todos los que han estado atentos de nuestra madre.
