Our Mother, Tia, great tia, daughter, sister & friend passed away last night and heaven has gained a magnificent angel. ☁️ ❤️ We will all hold on to our countless memories we have with her. Irma Ramos was endlessly giving, caring & loving. Without hesitation she would always give. For the past years she was the primary caregiver for her mother who has Alzheimer’s . She passed at just 62 years old from congestive heart failure. Anything will truly help. Thank you.
