Iris's Journey: Overcoming Neglect and Loss

My name is Gary I am trying to raise money for Iris D Monterroso who was being detained in the Richwood detention facility in Louisiana. While six months pregnant with our child that was examined at Park West medical facility February 10th in West Knoxville as a healthy pregnancy. Due to negligence horrible conditions, she was being served food with cockroaches in it, and lack of necessary prenatal care for our child she suffered a miscarriage April 29th, she was denied any medical treatment for three days with our son deceased in her womb before being brought to a hospital for treatment. She was then brought back to the facility and immediately deported back to Guatemala in horrific medical condition to a remote village with no hospitals. They sent our son home to me in a box through the mail. they are currently denying us a death certificate for our child even though under Louisiana state law our child exceeds all expectations for them to send us a death certificate due to miscarriage, She is in dire need of funds for medical treatment and transportation expenses. She is suffering still from major bleeding, PTSD, and postpartum preeclampsia. Any help would be greatly appreciated. God Bless
