IRIS Ministry - Pemba, Mozambique

I was given an opportunity to visit the IRIS Ministries (Pemba) after meeting Ms. Heidi Baker in April. While undergoing the application process, much thought and prayer was put into making this decision to apply. Here is a brief summary of what God has put on my heart:
Why Pemba? So that I may capture God's heart for the people of Africa, specifically Mozambique, through first-hand exposure. This will bridge the gap between head-knowledge and true personal experience in presenting the Gospel from God’s heart to those in Africa.

While in Pemba, I will essentially serve the ministry with daily needs, community outreach, and their school and orphanage. The duration of this service will be two weeks.
Your donation will primarily finance the airfare to and from Pemba, Mozambique. There are other additional costs including the VISA application and minor expenses while in Pemba. Given that both airfare and the VISA application are critical expenses, there is quite the urgency in raising funds by a specific date (July 5th)
Any amount of donation will help fund this opportunity to serve the ministry, but even more so, God's Kingdom and children.
