Make Irina's Massages Legit
Here's the deal:
I'm learning a ton about mental/emotional health as an outreach counselor for homeless youth, but I want to balance that out with a stronger understanding of the body by studying massage.
We live in a society that generally doesn't teach us how to set healthy boundaries, communicate our needs, or receive support. It's no surprise that so many people have traumatizing relationships to touch.
I love exchanging massages with friends, but I finally feel that it's time for me to step it up a notch so I can do more to support my community and help fix that relationship. Please support me, and check out the cool prizes below!
Fun fact: If I get enough funding, I'll be close to finished with my certificate program before Burning Man, where I'll be able to apply what I've learned to psychedelic harm reduction :)
