I'm going to Salamanca, Spain this summer to study abroad for 6 weeks through the University of Michigan.
Afterwards, I'll be traveling Europe for 3 weeks with other students in the program. We will visit Barcelona, Rome, Berlin, and Paris (where I'll get to practice my 100-level French skills!). I leave on July 1st, and will return on August 30th.

I will be studying Spanish language and culture at Universidad de Salamanca, which was founded in 1218 and is one of the oldest universities in the world!

I've always wanted to go to Spain, so I'm paying for this trip with everything I've put in savings since I started working summers at 16. However, even with financial aid, I'm about $2630 away from meeting my travel costs such as flights, hostels and bus rides.
I come from a large, single-income family and I'd like to take as much of this financial burden off my parents as possible.

I appreciate every single penny and dollar that you give. I've wanted to travel outside the US since I was little, and now I finally have the chance! :)
