Recent news of a number friends having breast cancer (3 which have gone through the needed treatment & are have got the all clear) I decided to raise funds in the lead up to my Irelands 4 Peak Challenge.

A bit about the challenge

The Ireland 4 Peaks Challenge involves climbing the highest peak in each of the four provinces of Ireland: Munster, Leinster, Ulster, and Connacht, within a short timeframe (usually 24-48 hours).

The challenge tests endurance, hill fitness, and recovery ability due to the steep ascents, rough terrain, and back-to-back summits.

Here's a breakdown of the challenge:

The Peaks:

Munster: Carrauntoohil (1,038m)

Leinster: Lugnaquilla (925m)

Ulster: Slieve Donard (850m)

Connacht: Mweelrea (814m)
