Hello, My Name is Ethan "Ocean" Lloyd and I'm the General Manager for Ireland for the 2026 Overwatch World Cup, We are fundraising for a bootcamp to assist in our 2026 Campaign.

Ireland OWWC in 2026 so far has been one of the most important projects in the history of irish esports, Ireland historically has struggled across different esports titles, however that all changed on April 17th 2026, when Ireland's Overwatch World Cup squad put aside 10 years of struggle and not only claimed their first win in almost 10 years, they claimed 6 and ensured qualification to the next Stage of the Overwatch World Cup.

Before the next stage of the event, the Online Qualifiers starting 30th May, Ireland OWWC is planning to bootcamp between the 18th-24th May.

We are raising funds for this bootcamp and other in-person community events in Ireland.

If we do not reach the goal to run a bootcamp, we will use the money to Online Community events to grow the Irish gaming community.

This will greatly support the growth of the irish gaming community and Ireland OWWC'S 2026 journey.

Ireland OWWC has received immense support from the Irish Gaming Community, earning 500,000+ Impressions across social media since Febraury 10th 2026.
