Hi my name is Anna, I was found in east New York on Anna st in Brooklyn..(that's how I got my name) I was left for dead locked in my crate covered in my own feces which wasn't the worse part. I was very afraid because I couldn't hear and I could barely see because my eyes has such bad film on them. I had a huge ball on the side of my face that made me so uncomfortable! I could slightly see that a guy was help me, I could see his lips moving so I did my best to relax and let him and his friend pick up my crate! Next thing I new We were in a truck driving and we pulled up to "Richmond Valley veterinary hospital! They tried to get me out of crate but I was so scared they had to break it & they picked me up and put me on a big comfy pad, (stretcher) from there I would be under Dr Maccia's care & he did a ultra sound on me, blood work where they discovered I was anemic! I had a huge hole in my eye from having my eye infections not treated so Dr Maccia sewed my eye lid up and the bottom lid' down so that they could treat my eye with no problem & the other eye is very bad also! Dr Maccia did all this without sedating me because if he did he was afraid I wouldn't make it! Can you believe what a good girl I am? Now the worst part the big bump on the side of my face uggh! They had put a drain in it so the infection can drain out (the abscess) I was started on IV meds and antibiotics 3x daily & 3x daily antibiotics in my eyes! I was very tired and had no energy to stand. After a few days of monitoring my drain Dr Maccia said he wasn't happy how it was draining so he would need to do surgery & remove the dead tissue and most of the infection & and I was stronger to go under anesthesia now! So the abscess has been removed and another drain has been placed & it's draining great now! I am getting a lot of love here and they give me bacon strips that I love! Please help me with my medical expenses! I can't do it without your help!
