Hi, My name is Jordyn and I had the greatest opportunity in the summer of 2023 to go to The Iowa University Intensive Wrestling Camp, and there are no words to describe how impactful and overall helpful this camp was for me to improve my wrestling skills.
Enough about me tho, I want my little brother (Grayson Schmeichel, 15 years old, Freshman at Heritage Highschool) and his best friend (Angel Tollinchi, 16 years old, Junior at Heritage Highschool) to have this opportunity like I did. They both have been busting their butts this season as this is Graysons first official wrestling season and Angels 2nd year wrestling. This will not only be the chance of a lifetime but a lesson that will stick with them forever as they get to meet some of the greatest names known to wrestling.
i just want both of these boys to have this huge opportunity and work their way up!
I will be creating 2 separate gofundme’s for both boys (this one for Grayson) and praying to raise enough for their expenses to be paid off! ANYTHING HELPS!!!
About the camp:
Iowa University, 6 Day Team Camp
Location: University of Iowa
Tuition Fees: $1200 EST. TBD
This is an elite overnight camp; wrestlers will stay on campus at Iowa University Facility. 3 meals daily and lodging provided while at camp.
Travel Information:
TBD Travel Dates: June 18th and June 27th flights Round Trip SFB (Sanford/Orlando) to CID (Cedar Rapids, IA), TBD
