Hello everyone! Leonard Dillihunt, Lead Installer with IOS Services in Cypress, CA, was diagnosed with diabetes in October 2016. At the time of diagnosis, 3 blood clots were found in his left leg. This utimately caused Leonard to loose his left leg below the knee.
Leonard has been out of work doing physical therapy and preparing to be fitted for a prosthetic leg. After months of waiting for approval, he was advised that his medical insurance does not cover his prosthetic leg.
During the holidays, Leonard received donations from his collegues at Services. Unfortunately, his prosthetic limb will cost him $7,000. I am starting this GoFundMe to ask for help to achieve Leonard's goal. Thank you advance for your warm thoughts and generosity.
