Help Iona start her medical transition

Hi, I’m Iona I’m a 20 year old trans woman living in Dundee. I have been out as trans for about a year now and after a few negative experiences I have had to start thinking about my identity again. This has made me realise my need for transition and how important that it is that this happens as soon as possible.
