For those of you who don't know, my mother, Karen Fucentese, passed away on October 1, 2016. In light of this grave news, I have began to make funeral arrangements to carry out my mother's last wishes. I am deeply and sincerely appreciative for all of the support and prayers from everyone. For those that have expressed the desire to help with this ceremony, please use this platform as an avenue to do so.

My family and I have decided to have a viewing in Astoria, Queens on Sunday, October 9th, with the cremation service following on Monday, October 10th. The donations will be used for the costs surrounding the funeral service and cremation. Anything left over will be donated to the American Diabetes Association, something that I believe my mother would have wanted.
