This fundraiser has been created to support our ongoing fight for truth, accountability, and justice for my daughter, Kelly Lynch.

Kelly was just 23 years old when her life ended under deeply suspicious circumstances in Monaghan in March 2024. She was found with 93 injuries, yet her death was never properly investigated. Since that day, we have been left searching for answers, met with silence, delay, and systemic failure from those responsible for uncovering the truth.

Refusing to accept this, we have taken matters into our own hands. We are now working with The Katie Trust, who provide access to independent forensic experts, investigators, and specialists capable of delivering the scrutiny this case has been denied.

We are legally represented by Kevin Winters of KRW Law, as we pursue a full and independent review into Kelly’s death.

We are now actively preparing to challenge the State Pathologist’s refusal to accept independent forensic evidence which directly contradicts the original findings. This is not a procedural step, it is a necessary confrontation. No authority should be permitted to dismiss credible expert evidence without scrutiny. This challenge is about forcing accountability where it has been absent.
