About This Fundraiser

This GoFundMe has been created to support our ongoing fight for truth and accountability in the death of my daughter, Kelly Lynch.

Kelly was only 23 years old when her life ended under deeply suspicious circumstances in Monaghan in March 2024. Since that day, our family has been left heartbroken, searching for answers that the system has so far failed to provide. Kelly sustained 93 injuries, yet her death was never properly investigated. We have faced silence, delays, and devastating failures from those meant to protect and serve.

To continue our pursuit for truth, we are now working alongside The Katie Trust, a non-profit organisation that supports families who have lost loved ones under unexplained or suspicious circumstances. They provide access to expert investigators, forensic pathologists, and criminologists who help uncover the truth that so many families are denied.

We are also represented by our solicitor, Barry O’Donnell of KRW Law, who is guiding us through the complex legal process as we continue to demand transparency, accountability, and a full independent review into Kelly’s death.

All funds raised will go directly towards:

   •   Independent forensic and legal experts

   •   Specialist analysis and review of evidence

   •   Legal representation and associated case costs

   •   Ongoing campaign and awareness efforts

Every donation, no matter how small, brings us closer to the answers Kelly deserves. It helps give voice to a young woman whose life was full of love, laughter, and promise, and ensures that no other family has to face this kind of silence and injustice again.
