Beste dartliefhebbers,

Bij R&R Online Darts bouwen we elke dag met veel liefde aan onze dartscommunity.

We organiseren:

R&R NAKKA League – onze grote online League waar spelers van over de hele wereld week in, week uit tegen elkaar strijden.

R&R Scolia League – voor spelers met een Scolia-systeem, met geautomatiseerde statistieken en een moderne manier van spelen.

Gratis & laagdrempelige online toernooien – voor alle niveaus, zodat iedereen mee kan doen.

Landbased toernooien in Nederland & België – zodat we onze online spelers ook “in het echt” kunnen ontmoeten.

Al deze activiteiten worden nu al grotendeels uit eigen zak betaald, omdat wij geloven in wat we samen met onze spelers aan het opbouwen zijn.

Waarom deze GoFundMe?

Onze volgende grote stap is het oprichten van een officiële stichting in Nederland, mét ANBI-status.

Denk aan iets als: “Stichting R&R Online Darts”.

Dit biedt grote voordelen:

✅ Transparantie & vertrouwen – een stichting met ANBI-status laat zien dat alles netjes en gecontroleerd verloopt.

✅ Money in = money out – wat voor de stichting binnenkomt, gaat terug de dartscommunity in (bijv. in de vorm van activiteiten, prijzen, promotie en organisatie).

✅ Donaties & steun professioneler geregeld – bedrijven én particulieren kunnen makkelijker en met een goed gevoel steunen.

✅ Stabiele basis voor de toekomst – zodat R&R niet alleen op één persoon leunt, maar op een bestuur.

De vaste gezichten uit ons League-adminteam zullen in het bestuur komen. Zo blijft de stichting in handen van mensen die al jaren betrokken zijn bij de community en weten wat onze spelers belangrijk vinden.

Waar is ongeveer € 2.000 voor nodig?

Deze eenmalige investering is onder andere bedoeld voor:

Notariskosten voor het opstellen van de statuten

️ Inschrijving als stichting in Nederland

Aanvraag & begeleiding richting ANBI-status

Administratie/boekhouding & eventueel noodzakelijke verzekeringen

Aanpassingen en onderhoud van onze website en systemen om alles goed te ondersteunen

Wij hebben zelf al veel privé geïnvesteerd (zoals de merkregistratie, website, softwarelicenties en extra prijsondersteuning), maar deze extra juridische en administratieve stap kunnen we niet volledig alleen dragen.

Wat doen we nu al – en wat willen we versterken?

Nu al organiseren we o.a.:

Een internationale NAKKA League met spelers uit meerdere landen

Een Scolia League voor statistiek- en techliefhebbers

Gratis en betaalbare online toernooien (solo, koppels, rankings)

Landbased events in o.a. Nederland en België

Met een stichting willen we deze activiteiten stabieler, professioneler en waar mogelijk uitgebreider kunnen aanbieden.

Support the Future of R&R Online Darts!

Dear darts enthusiasts,

At R&R Online Darts, we put our hearts into building a warm and international darts community.

Right now, we are already organizing:

R&R NAKKA League – our main online League where players from all over the world compete week after week.

R&R Scolia League – for players with a Scolia system, using automated statistics and modern technology.

Free and low-threshold online tournaments – open to players of all levels.

Landbased tournaments in the Netherlands & Belgium – so we can meet our online players in real life.

A large part of this is currently funded from our own pockets, simply because we truly value our players and believe in what we are building together.

Why this GoFundMe?

Our next big step is to establish an official Dutch foundation (“stichting”) with ANBI status.

Think along the lines of: “Stichting R&R Online Darts”.

This brings important benefits:

✅ Transparency & trust – a registered foundation with ANBI status shows that everything is handled properly and monitored.

✅ Money in = money out – what comes into the foundation goes back into the darts community (for activities, prizes, promotion and organization).

✅ Donations and support handled professionally – companies and individuals can support us more easily and with confidence.

✅ A stable long-term structure – R&R will rest on a board instead of just one person.

The core members of our League admin team will form the board, so the foundation stays in the hands of people who have been involved for years and understand what our players value.

What is the ~€2,000 for?

This one-time investment will be used for:

Notary fees for drafting the statutes

️ Official registration as a foundation in the Netherlands

Application and guidance towards obtaining ANBI status

Administration/accounting and any required insurances

Website and system adjustments to properly support the new structure

We have already invested a lot of our own funds (such as trademark registration, website, software licences, and extra prize support), but these additional legal and administrative costs are too much to cover alone.

What we are doing now – and how we want to strengthen it

We are already offering:

An international NAKKA League with players from multiple countries

A dedicated Scolia League for data/statistics enthusiasts

Free and affordable online tournaments (singles, pairs, rankings)

Landbased events in the Netherlands and Belgium

With a foundation in place, we want to make these activities more stable, more professional and, where possible, expand them further.
