Hi, my name is Matt Kauffmann and I started a youth outreach program in 2008 called The Sphere. Our mission is to give local youth the opportunity to invest in their community through purpose-driven murals. The funding we are raising for this project will not only help cover the cost of paint and materials, but will also support student artists directly by allowing them to earn a stipend for their creative work in the community.

As much as everyone enjoys the art, this has been a volunteer-only effort for the past 16 years and we felt it was only right to reward the artists involved in creating public murals throughout the South Shore.
