Invest in the Future: Empower Young African Leaders in Zambia

Africa is rising—and at the heart of this awakening is a new generation of Spirit-led leaders. With over 70% of sub-Saharan Africa under the age of 30, the continent holds an extraordinary reservoir of emerging talent. But this moment requires more than passion—it calls for intentional investment in leadership, character, and spiritual depth.

From September 7–12, 2025, over 200 emerging leaders from 10 Southern African countries will gather in Zambia for a transformational 4-day Leadership and Empowerment Conference. This is more than just an event—it’s a divine opportunity to equip young changemakers to lead with clarity, courage, and Kingdom purpose.

We’ve been invited by Awaken Platform and Charis Africa to serve as facilitators at this gathering, alongside a fellow Christian leadership coach traveling from London. Together, we will be offering interactive workshops, and leadership training—preparing young African leaders to rise with wisdom, healing, and the heart of a servant.

But the mission doesn’t end there.

From September 1st–20th, we will be traveling across Zambia to serve local communities—bringing practical support, encouragement, prayer, and the love of Jesus to families and churches in need. This extended outreach is a beautiful opportunity to live out the Gospel, build relationships, and strengthen the Body of Christ across the nation.

To step fully into this assignment, we are raising $3,000 to cover essential travel and participation expenses for both of us, including:

• ✈️ International flights from Poland to Zambia

• Accommodation, meals, and local transportation during the 15-days Trip

• Workshop materials and on-ground logistical support

This mission is not just about teaching leadership—it’s about awakening identity, healing generational wounds, and calling a generation to walk in their God-given authority. We believe this is a strategic moment for Africa, and your support will help make it possible.
