Every teenager deserves more than a textbook explanation of money. They deserve the chance to practice real financial thinking, ask real questions, and discover what real opportunity looks like.

That is why All Teens Financial Academy (ATFA) exists. ATFA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, founded in 2020, with a mission to provide free, accessible financial literacy education to teenagers worldwide through peer-to-peer and practical learning. ATFA offers 12 courses and has empowered 250k+ students, helping students build skills in budgeting, credit, investing, taxes, entrepreneurship, and more.

Now, we are working to expand one of ATFA’s most hands-on opportunities yet: our 4-month Microinternship Program.

This program gives high school students real exposure to investing, market analysis, and professional mentorship. Instead of only learning financial concepts in theory, students get to apply what they learn, build confidence, strengthen analytical and communication skills, and explore careers they may never have imagined for themselves.
