Street Cart Bagels began as a simple family dream — to create a place where the morning feels a little brighter, the food tastes a little better, and neighbors feel connected again, even in the hustle of a small town. We fell in love with the old-world charm of real New York bagel culture: dough that’s fermented with care, boiled in malted water, and baked fresh each dawn and shared between good friends in a warm, classy atmosphere. And we wanted to bring that tradition home, right here, to the community we love.

We are pouring our heart and sweat into a long-chased dream. After nearly 20 years of food service jobs, catering, cheese and creative work, we have combined our powers for the Street Cart. We found the perfect little spot, developed a menu rooted in quality ingredients and authentic process, and built a vision for a shop filled with warmth, family, and good work. Now we are so close — but we need a final lift to open our doors.
